For 2003, their much anticipated third epic album, Über Alles. Then finally in 2002 they signed with Metropolis Records. Shortly afterwards, Hanzel und Gretyl's Energy Records gradually went out of business, this gave way to a long legal situation which unfortunately halted the progression of HuG. 'Transmissions from Uranus' was focused on Astrological, Sci-Fi, and futuristic influences incorporated with a more Techno/Metal vibe. Having only five live shows Immediately following the success of Ausgeflippt HuG returned to the Studio & created their next opus 'Transmissions from Uranus' which was released in 1997. Then the duo (Vas & Loopy) then formed a live band with Ginger Bread on bass & the Pat 5000 on drums. After a long hiatus due to the dissolving of their label, Energy Records, the band signed to Metropolis Records in 2002 and immediately began recording their long anticipated third album, ber Alles. In 1995 their first actual album, 'Ausgeflippt' was released. In April, 1994, they completed a demo entitled 'Kindermusik'. They gave their demo to Energy Records in Manhattan & were immediately signed. Originally called Coven, they added the 13 after receiving a letter from the original band Coven asking them to change their name as the original band had already owned the copyright to the name. The band consists of David Landrum (vocals), Todd Kreda (guitar), Richie Karasinski (guitar), Roger Cyrkiel (bass), and Brian McGuckin (drums). These guys formed in 1985 and play dark, gothic sounding, doom influenced metal.

Playing direct support for them was local Detroit Doom legends, Coven 13.
